Logging a Completion
  1. Pick the obstacle the team just finished.
  2. Pick the team.
  3. Check off any students who were absent for it — only the selected team's roster appears.
  4. Submit. The board picks it up on its next refresh.

Submitted the wrong thing? Please contact the event director to have the submission deleted in JotForm. The standings board ignores deleted entries.

About Expedition

Expedition is Highlands College's team obstacle event. Teams work through the course in whatever order they like, and an obstacle guide logs each completion as it happens. The standings board updates from those submissions roughly every 45 seconds.

A team wins by clearing all 9 Formation Obstacles plus any 7 of the 10 Strategic Obstacles — 16 completions in total. Extra Strategic Obstacles beyond 7 don't count toward the finish line, so a team can't skip a Formation Obstacle by doubling up.

Clearing the course isn't the end: the team then sprints back to Base Camp and plants its flag in the pole, which the guide there logs as Completion. Only then is the team's race over, and finished teams are ranked by when their flag went up — first flag on the pole takes first place.
